“Archwood” was founded by Matt Weiss in 2004 and is based in Los Angeles, California. Archwood is a privately held real estate management and investing firm, focusing primarily on multifamily assets. Archwood currently has approximately 2,000 units under asset management, primarily located in Texas and California. Our properties have produced strong and consistent cash flow and our strategic approach to underwriting and acquiring assets have resulted in strong returns to investors.
