Matt Weiss founded Archwood Real Estate in 2004 and serves as President. Matt is the asset manager for Archwood’s 2,000 unit portfolio. Matt specializes in acquiring, underwriting, and managing multifamily assets. Additionally, Matt is heavily involved in the financing of property and works closely with our legal team during the acquisition and disposition process.
Prior to starting Archwood Real Estate, Matt worked as a multifamily broker and property manager in Southern California and holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License. Matt has been involved in over 100 transactions in excess of $500 Million which has resulted in an extensive understanding of the sales and brokerage side of the business.
Matt graduated in 2002 from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
